We ship worldwide with UPS. You can see the different delivery methods, estimated time arrival and fares when you start your cart checkout.

Our packaging ensures the products ship safely and will arrive without any damages. Please remember to reuse or recycle the packaging afterwards.

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product within 7 days of purchase, and we will find the right product for you! 

To begin a return, email us at contact@cincocueros.com with your name and contact information, including your address and original order number, within 7 days of the ship date.

We will contact you with a shipping label as well as for instructions on returning your item. All returns must be shipped back using the Cinco Cueros shipping label. All other returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Cinco Cueros has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition. We want our clients to be happy with their purchases and will do our very best to achieve this goal!

The refund process will begin upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted in the account in which your payment was made. A $35 return fee for processing and handling will be deducted from your refund. If you select a store credit instead of a refund, the return will be made free of charge.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, please let us know; we'll record your return and inform the return address for your shipping label.

Exchanges

• You may exchange an item for another item of lesser, equal, or greater value, subject to the conditions below.
• If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price.
• If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt of the item returned by crediting your debit or credit card.
• If you exchange an item, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged shipping costs for the second delivery.
• Only one exchange per item will be honored.

The following specific conditions apply to exchanges of gifts: 

If you received an item as a gift from the Website, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only (the difference in price must be paid by you, the recipient of the gift) subject to the conditions below. No refund will be made if you exchange your gift for an item of lesser value.

You may exchange the item either:


• for a different item in the same product category


• for one or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift
